Meet Shayla

Hey, I’m Shayla! Montana native, mother of two, and the lucky wife of an amazing husband who handles a ton of the heavy lifting behind the scenes. Around here, my world revolves around a few simple joys: sunshine, good coffee, babies, and flowers.

My Floral Journey

My love for floral design bloomed in 2022 while living in the mountains just outside of Bozeman, MT. I spent a year apprenticing under a luxury Bozeman design studio, focusing heavily on high end destination weddings in the breathtaking Paradise Valley. I fell hard for the craft, eventually stepping into the role of Design Director.

After soaking up that high end experience, I decided it was time to shift gears and bring my own vision to life in 2024. Today, I am freelancing for incredible studios near and far, and proudly running Brazen Prairie Floral right here in Great Falls, Montana.
